You’ve heard of ExtenZe. It’s one of the best known products in the male enhancement industry, having reached even greater fame than VigRX Plus. The makers claim they’ve sold over a billion pills and many celebs have promoted the product, including Ron Jeremy and NFL Super Coach Jimmy Johnson.
You can even buy it at Walgreens.
Of course, this alone does not make We need to unpack ExtenZe, use it and bring out our trusty magnifying glass before we can give it the Men’s Best ‘Seal of Approval’.
We’ve done that, and found ExtenZe is a respectable men’s virility supplement. The formula works, as do the results most of our reviewers enjoyed with ExtenZe. So does the 60 day money-back guarantee.
With that said, ExtenZe has struggled with safety issues over the years. That’s something we can’t ignore.
ExtenZe works. Pop an ExtenZe a day and you should feel a noticeable boost to your sex drive. You should also last longer. Some men have claimed it helps with enlargement.
Also, there are some respectable ingredients in ExtenZe. We like L Arginine, Muira Puama, Pumpkin Seed and Korean Red Ginseng, among others.
The fact that ExtenZe is a large brand is also reassuring – and convenient. Yes, you really can walk into Walgreens and buy ExtenZe. That’s uncommon in the male enhancement niche. You can’t even do that with VigRX Plus!
Pricing is also good with ExtenZe. You can have a month for just $60. That’s a little cheaper than some of the other male enhancement pills we’ve reviewed here at Men’s Best.
Those safety issues. ExtenZe is made with Yohimbe. That’s a big no-no in this day and age, because it’s linked to high blood pressure, fainting, severe head ache, nausea, mild skin rash, insomnia and a variety of health nightmares that remind us the word ‘Natural’ doesn’t always mean ‘No Side Effects’.
No men’s health product should have Yohimbe, period.
There have also been issues with ExtenZe related to false advertizing that led to a class action suit in 2010 and some unwelcome attention from the FDA. ExtenZe isn’t the first male enhancement product to come under fire for practices like these, and each day is a new beginning, so we won’t hold it against them. But it’s there.
It’s a decent formula. ExtenZe packs male virility, with male sexual nutrients like L Arginine, Muira Puama, Astralagus, Horny Goat Weed, Zinx and others that have kept ExtenZe near the top of hottest selling products in male virility.
Of course, we’ve already talked about Yohimbe, which is our biggest problem with ExtenZe.
ExtenZe gives decent value with its packages. A month supply with set you back $60. Two months costs $110, Three Months is $160 and you can have an ExtenZe 6 Month Supply for $310.
Go for the latter and you’ll get Free Shipping in the United States. That’s always nice.
Still, we can’t help but notice the lack of any Bonus items on ExtenZe packages. Some ExtenZe lubricant would be perfect. Oh well, can’t win’em all…

YES OR NO
A mild ‘No’. We like ExtenZe. There’s good value here and a respectable formula. The product works and can do good things for your sex life (plus there’s a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee).
Our issue with ExtenZe is Yohimbe. There is no reason for it to be in the formula. And to be honest, we’re surprised they haven’t taken it out, given the negative publicity it’s having in the health community.
Ultimately, your health is more important that a good romp in the hay. We like you ExtenZe, but get Yohimbe out of there please.
